The girl is 16 years old. She is a minor child and cannot ‘ask’ for anything. Both the child’s attorney, Natalie Malonis, and her guardian ad litem, Connie Gauwain, were in agreement that a motion be filed asking for a restraining order against Willie Jessop. They thought it to be in the best interest of the child.

Willie the Thug wants a new lawyer for the girl - one that approves of the flds way of life. Are you an attorney? If so, you could volunteer your services.

Wouldn’t the guardian ad litem be the one that would have to file for a change of representation?

Nope not an attorney, nor do I pretend to be like some here. If you have been following this thread at all, I am merely remarking on the two facts. One, the title and the article premise in the beginning are false. Two, the lawyer in question is the hysterical lawyer, the only lawyer that seems to have problems so far, from Nancy Grace’s show. Whether Willie is a thug or not, it appears the girl wants no part of the lawyer nor her assertions based on “nothing” it seems.
