He was a well known drag racer.
And that’s a shame. Isn’t Connie dead too?

Agreed, but there have been a lot things not done quite right in this case.

You can do all the back paddling you want, but everyone here knows the truth.
You keep whatever you want in your head that floats your boat.

Connie is still with us. Kalitta Air did just lose a plane at/near Brussels.

Disagree with her conclusions, or the info about the guardian?

Disagree that guardianship would still be in affect. If this was presented before returning the children, it would be different.

It does seem that way some times.

“Disagree that guardianship would still be in affect.”
I think that issue is still up in the air.
If this ‘guardian’ isn’t the one who requested a change of representation, then maybe it’s because she is no longer in that position.
The info Alice stated seemed to imply she still is.
Which is correct?

The iPod’s are for listening to Warren Jeffs’ sermons.

There is still an ongoing investigation. The Texas SC only objected to the mass removal of the children, not the investigation.
Currently, there are a number of restrictions on the mobility of the parents and children while the investigation continues. It prohibits the children from leaving the state, requires parents to keep the state informed of where they are living, and allows CPS to make unannounced visits any day between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

I think the girl herself is the one requesting the change, which of course does not answer the question of guardianship at all.

Understood and I wasn’t doubting or objecting to the applied restrictions. The issue was the guardian ad litem and was she still a guardian after the child(ren) were returned to the parents.

If Texas authorities are having trouble locating this girl, her mother needs to be arrested, and a warrant put out to take the girl back into state custody. She was released into her mother’s care subject to very specific restrictions about where she could go, and “missing” wasn’t on the list.
To: SouthTexas
Since she isn’t an adult, can she even do that?
Isn’t that the purpose of having the guardian, or mother, at the meeting?
Is the letter requesting the change actually from the girl?

LOL, come on now, I said I agreed.
I can only assume, and you know where using THAT word gets you, that it would have to have been the mother, although the lawyer did not specify. Which you would think just might be a pertinent issue.

Correct! Have you listened to any of Jeffs’ tapes? Some are on YouTube.
