Are you sure? The rally was in Detroit, and there is a large Arab population in Detroit. That could be the simplest reason. What is more disturbing is Obama is starting to listen to media handlers.

GAB — the three Muslim women in question have shady and sketchy backgrounds. Even though the event took place in Detroit or Dearborn, there’s no denying that these women have quite a “rap sheet” in matters of their links to terror front groups.
