A vast arsenal and a so called defendable compound would be useless and is a naive romantic notion. Exactly how many SOs will it take to hunt down everyone who doesn’t want to give up their weapons? You over-estimate the reach of the Fed gov.
By the time the Gov has figured out people are NOT going to go along with the gun snatch, individual militia and communitities will be organizing protests and creating chaos, at the least.
Like I said, the Gov doesn’t want to fight this battle. At best, they’ll attempt to do it with foreign troops. Another BAD move.
