Thanks for the analysis, Red and Democracy Project, and for explaining the process that is currently underway.

It appears this may go on for quite a while. The prosecutor, Lt Col Sullivan, hasn't shown much inclination of giving up, has he?

According to this article, NewsMaxLt. Col. Sean Sullivan was replaced as the prosecutor for SSgt Wuterich's trial when he took over the intended trial for LCpl Tatum. The new prosecutor for SSgt Wuterich's trial was Maj. Daren Erickson. Does anybody know if this is still the case?

Maj Erickson always struck me as a decent guy, performing his role as prosecutor “without passion or prejudice”, as they say.

I have a feeling Sullivan is back on the Wuterich case. Pursuing this ludicrous suit against CBS is Sullivan’s style.
