A President cannot over turn legislated law with an Executive Order. Only Congress, or a Judge, can undo what prior Congresses have done. A President cannot
Then the only other thing to do is to work to get their sorry butts out of office. Or, you can accept that you’ve lost your freedom and are now living under a dictatorship and your children and grandchildren will be slaves.
i wonder what the cost of leasing those acres is to the oil companies.
I am not willing to accept anything these dem fools come up with. I know that some folks get tired of me harping on it, but our system has failed.
I am not sure how to fix it or “take it back”....I only know how to protect myself and my family. I think things will get much, much worse... before they get better.
“Translation: Sit in the dark, accept brown outs and black outs, live like third world nations and don’t complain....” just be grateful you have that one square piece of toilet tissue per event.

Just a litany of trite talking points, the dems are fatally weak on this issue, but we have a weak candidate that may not be bright enough to take advantage of it.
If McCain defeats Obama resoundingly on the issue of energy as opposed to conservation and blaming America, then energy policy can take a positive direction the next couple of decades.
Every comment they make can only result in lost votes and disgust.. It don't take a rocket scientist to see the stupidity of NOT DRILLING.. NOT REFINING, NOT BUILDING NUKE PLANTS... Even a democrat can connect the dominoes.. Yes, even a RINO..
TRICK, cajole, intimidate, mock them into commenting on these issues..
Obviously oil companies are spawned from satan.
What? 1/10,000 is the equivalent of one penny per hundred dollars? And when Pelosi said the oil companies lease the land from the government, that means they pay the government to hold those leases? And those payments benefit American citizens? ...Oh, I mean liberals are spawned from satan.
Liberal destruction of our freedom has begun:

“Americans are suffering under the Bush-Cheney-McCain policies that were written by Big Oil: $4 a gallon gasoline; $134 per barrel oil; increased reliance on foreign sources of energy and on hydrocarbons that contribute to climate change.
Americans use one quarter of the worlds oil consumption every day and we possess less than 2 percent of the worlds supply. We cannot drill our way to energy independence. “
These communists have thrown the gauntlet down. The fight is on.
We have a real campaign issue that is important to our nations future.
Both Bush and McCain seem to get it. It looks like the Reps in Congress are making this a issue; finally.
I see this as a huge gift for November. If the Reps cannot use this issue as a huge sledgehammer for this fall then something is really wrong.
I head McCain today say that we needed 100 new nuke plants, more drilling, and new refineries. That’s an issue I can get behind and support.
Why wouldn’t some Reagan Democrats also not support these positions?
Pelosi is stuck on stupid when it comes to basic free market economic principles.
Git Outta The Road,,,Thunder Horse Comin’ Through!
Oil Delivery Starts In Three Weeks! B!TCH!
(local AM radio news today)...
Let her know -- Drill here! Drill now!
I’d like to think this would come back and bite them in the ass, but I think I already said that years ago and it ain’t happened yet.
If we can drill to produce more than that 2% of the world's oil, while at the same time reducing that "quarter of the world's consumption" figure by increasing our use of alternative fuels, we won't get to complete energy independence but we will move in the direction of energy independence. That in itself will improve the status quo in terms of lower prices and greater availability of oil, with less concern about foreign enemies restricting our supply.
Pelosi and her pals aren't called Dummycrats without reason.
Do Not insult Neanderthals, they are smarter then Democrats.
