I’m surprised that Granholm is not prosecuting the guy with the gun. The permit only entitles the guy to carry the gun. It does not entitle him to use it.

With Granholm, any sort of nuttiness is possible.
Ethnically, I don’t know if Lebanese are actually considered “Arab”.
But being Lebanese, he might be one of the many Christians that have
deserted Lebanon.
Only to be pursued by Islamics (from all around the world) hoping to
mess up the USA like they have their home countries.
BTW, Detroit/Michigan does have some Chaldean Christians. I remember
reading a story about a family that ran convenience stores in some
of the “battle zones” in urban Michigan.
At closing time, they wielded Uzis while taking the day’s receipt
to the bank.
IIRC, one of the Chaldeans told the reporter that actually the Bravo
Sierra that their family had endured in the Middle East made working
in a mess like Detroit not so bad.
