I certainly agree, Chaplain. The UCI charges and Folsom's ruling now become a compelling and powerful weapon for Frank's defense. The taint and stain on all of the cases, including Frank's; has been ackowledged officially by the court.

The charges were dismissed without prejudice, meaning they can be refiled, but Folsom excluded Marine Forces Central Command from future involvement.

The Judge might have forgiven them by Murtha won’t.

And we should send Murtha in email every week for the duration of the WOT to let him know we DO NOT forgive him - and suggest he should 'deploy' to Okinawa and send him paper letters that pile up on his desk - makes a bigger impression - (send to his PA office - anything sent to DC will be super delayed due to continued screening.

Unfortunately, it makes Wuterich the "last man standing" as far as the sick scumbags at JAG and NCIS are concerned. They need to pin the wanton, reckless, cold-blooded massacre of dozens of perfectly innocent civilians and passers-by on somebody, don't they? I suspect they will dig in their heels, lie through their teeth, and do ANYTHING to get a conviction, any conviction, at this point.

That's how I read it: ALL of Marine Centcom and its constituent parts are Excluded, and that includes Helland.

It's as if the ruling said, "Dismissed with prejudice so far as Marine Centcom is concerned; any other higher command should view this as "dismissed without prejudice."

Jude might be able to interpret the meaning of "excluding Marine Centcom" for us.

I wouldn't worry much about the "without" prejudice designation.

With all the money wasted, loss of trust by those still serving and public scorn this witch hunt has brought the Marine Corps Brass, it is hugely unlikely anyone is going to want to bring this up again.
