It always has been a Communist / Marxist plot to harm the US economy and military might.... they could give a rat's ass about the environment.... because ? take a look at countries like Russia and China ( and the ONLY reason China is cleaning up Beijing and other areas of China is so they will qualify to have the Olympics there ).
