A Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 29% of voters favor nationalizing the oil industry. Just 47% are opposed and 24% are not sure. Just like everything else you could poll on. How is almost half "just"? How about a headline "Only 29% of Voters Want to Nationalize the Oil Industry"?

I agree with you. How does one report, “...29% of voters favor...” an issue and start the next sentence with, “Just 47% are opposed...?” Clearly the pollster has an agenda.
