I think she is guilty of something. Maybe not homocide but there is something seriously wrong with a woman that age trying to harass kids on the net.

Having "something seriously wrong " with you is not a crime. This is what I mean about prosecutors. They are grasping at straws, because it makes them look ""tough" in an arms crossed on the cover of a book or in your publicity shot sort of way. Meanwhile, they twist the law in the most bizzare ways to harass and railroad people who have not commited any actual crime.

Having something wrong with you is a crime if you harass others. Especially if you use weirdo fraud to harass others as this woman was doing.

I would say it is especially a crime if the victim is a kid who would likely be more confused by it than an adult.
