I took the fist bump thing to be quasi-gangbanger language inappropriately picked up by 40 somethings who know better. You see some young folks doing that down the way, change directions and get out of there. You're just dead meat because, after all, they're telling you they are smarter than you and it's their good fortune to discover that it's going to be "pay day" at your expense!
I don't know why he has guests on his show because he interupts and rarely lets them say a complete sentence.
He isn't that great...which makes him even more disgusting!
