When you have 50% out of wedlock birth rates, the highest teen pregnancy rate of any group, along with the highest school dropout rate, you have the social pathology of failure. Hispanics are becoming the second permanent underclass, which will make them more dependent upon government services and handouts. They vote overwhelmingly Dem.
