Good for Grandma. You will note the article doesn’t mention the age of the young girl’s partner. Guess we can assume the other one was probably not a minor. Point of order, though: in Pennsylvania the age of consent is 16, so technically the girl had a right to do "it" (although it looks like she would have been well advised to do it somewhere else).

Laws are meaningless when it comes to sexual predation and/or deviant behavior, imho. 16 is an arbitrary number plucked from a vacuum and I can’t say I recognize that age as being appropriate for consent.
