I am really considering a Vespa XL-150. It would be a risk in traffic but then so is my Ford truck.The speed limit between here and work never gets over 30 so it would be plenty fast enough. I'm not surprised there's a waiting list. A few more months of gas price increases and your friend wont be the only One on a scooter.
