Thanks for the ping to that. The author confuses J.C. Watts with Armstrong Williams whom he also quotes and I’m not sure if he just stated the wrong name in the wrong place or mis-attributed some quotes as well. J.C. is probably right about the GOP ignoring blacks and evangelicals. But I hope he isn’t really thinking of voting for Obama.

I hope not either. I'd prefer he didn't vote for either one. But having said that I'll go on to say that todays new and improved Republican party is doing major damage to the black conservative block and it's long time and faithful christian conservative base this election cycle. If one does much reading they will see these sentiments are being expressed in more and more corners of the internet.

It's too bad that the RNC won't come to its senses and dump this old party hack of a candidate at its convention before its too late. I know they won't but they won't be able to say they were not warned by its base.
