Hardly a declaration of war. More like reminding the federal government of their limited powers and that they derive their limited powers form what the states grant them.

If this is true, it almost looks like Oklahoma just declared war on uncle sham. If McCain is president, they'll get support from him - he is adamant on State's Rights FIRST...per the Constitution.
If the states did this, it will be the best and surest way to defeat the Marxists/Communists. They would be done for - they must have control from Washington to succeed. Without that, they are done for.
