Hardly a declaration of war. More like reminding the federal government of their limited powers and that they derive their limited powers form what the states grant them.

If McCain is president, they'll get support from him - he is adamant on State's Rights FIRST...per the Constitution.

If the states did this, it will be the best and surest way to defeat the Marxists/Communists. They would be done for - they must have control from Washington to succeed. Without that, they are done for.

My guess is one of the big oil companies is going to build a refinery in the state and this sets the stage to tell the EPA to Pi$$ off
