To compound the tragedy some folk think it important to financially support the poorly raised children by paying them close media attention — thus rewarding misbehavior.
And to cap it all off, (for all bad things happen in Threes) sometimes these poorly raised children can, in turn, have children of their own. To raise poorly, of course.
