According to the earlier threads, epicentre was in Iwate (area 3) on the map. Fukushima Prefecture is area 7 on the map.

Thanks. Fukushima sure looks like it would have been affected. But the Japanese are so used to earthquakes, they have a pretty good grasp on how to react. Also there’s that civility thing.
