Our Supreme Court is not going to change at all. If Obama gets elected, he's going to replace John Paul Stevens, Ruth Ginsburg and perhaps David Souter.

So really the status quo continues, we have John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito who are all relatively young. Anthony Scalia is getting old but he'll be able to hold out at least another decade or so.

The idea is to get it changed. With McCain we perhaps have a chance. With Obama there is no chance.
