The Joos rewrote history and fooled people into believing they got the menorah and Magen David first. Where would the world be without a Muslim scholar to expose the nefarious Zionist conspiracy? Heh.

Isn't Reihan likely ignorant of or refusing to discuss the earlier history of the Mogen Dovid, moreh? I've studied ancient martial tactics. It's a great design, especially for following-up with swords after smashing phalanxes with small boulders/clay balls from slings.

"Actually, Ive heard from several Jews that the star of David is not our ancient symbol & should be replaced by the menorah. I like the star & I want to keep it, though.
Sidon has a shrine to Zbulun thats been recently renovated."
AFAIK, it was originally the frame design for good fighting shields, moreh (see Bar Kochba). There's also a mention in Kabbalah.

Reihan claims that several incidences of the Star of David occur as a decoration in Muslim archaeological sites across the Sinai during the Fatimid/early Crusader period (969-1187). Translation: the muslims forgot to destroy all the evidence when they hijacked the shuls of Sinai.

Published for propaganda purposes to fuel the ignorance of the Arab Street It seems that the Arabs will believe anything as long as it's anti-Israel.

There are two types of Menorah:
1. The seven-branched candelabrum, one of the oldest symbols of the Jewish people and used in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.
2. The nine-branched candelabrum used for Hanukkah (the festival of lights), also called a Hanukiah.

The use of the star by Hitler was actually one of the reasons behind the use of the star by modern Israel.
It’s basically a way of saying “FU.”
There is an long tradition of Jews doing this. The Haredi that wear the goofy corned hat do so because some European leader forced them to wear goofy hats to stand out. When the decree was lifted, the response was “FU, we like the hats and are going to keep wearing them. We are proud to be Jews.”
Same concept.

The earliest known Jewish use of the hexagram was as a seal in ancient Israel (6th century B.C.E.)... And what were the Muslims doing more than 1000 years before Mohammed that they'd think that this was so?
To: TheThirdRuffian
Thanks for the mention. I didn’t realize there were two configurations, and uses.
