Maybe more American voters might be making more intelligent choices if the Republican Party had presented them with a real contrast this year. Unfortunately if you ask voters to choose between a liberal Democrat and a liberal Republican, a lot of them are going to end up making their decision based on stupid and trivial things like which candidate seems “cooler” or gives a better speech or whatever. I admire McCain’s service during Vietnam but since then, he has not exactly been very inspiring to conservatives. And too many Republicans in Congress have been acting like wimps or else acting ethically just like Democrats. Maybe if the Republicans offered a strong conservative alternative you would see more intelligent behavior out of more Americans. The GOP are not blameless spectators in this.

What about when they have to choose between a liberal Republican and an anti-white anti-American socialist Democrat?

Can they figure it out then?

You are right about McCain, but wrong about Obama. He's no liberal.

Unless conservatives come to grips with that reality, moderates never will.
