No they won’t. They really don’t want the US Navy showing up at this point. The slightest slurp sound on the wrong side of the line and Cuba would be annexed.

The whole point of the article is that in legally drilling on the Cuban side of the 45-mile line, China is dipping its straw into a "milkshake", much of which is on our side of the line. So long as we refuse to drop our own straw into that milkshake, there will be less and less of it left. If you know of a way of forcing oil to not flow downhill to seek its own level, please tell the Democrats before it's too late.

Might be that all the oil has flowed north anyway.

You are right. They are drilling our oil. While we sit and do nothing but listen to the hot-air pontifications of Pelosi, Reid and McCain.
