That would be where the Chicoms and everybody else has been drilling. Talk about a day late and a dollar short. IMO, EVERY POLITICIAN WHO VOTES AGAINST INCREASING CAPACITY SHOLD BE THROWN OUT ON THEIR ASSES IN NOVEMBER.
