I think the operative term is “sedition”
As if we as a nation had the guts to stand up against treason and sedition these day
This is treason because it is designed to provide aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war by attacking US troop morale.
Axis Sally was convicted of treason for a RADIO DRAMA (there had been other charges as well).
Sedition does not require war or an enemy and laws against sedition come and go. Treason is defined in the Constitution.
