It's not even close. This is definitely not a copy of any original to begin with. This is similar to the kind one would get today by going to their local county government and having one printed, NOT copied, just printed on a new blank form.But the real problem with this picture is that it's not even 10% the quality that clobbered Dan Rather. All I did was blow that image up 500% and shoot a print screen of it. Does it look phony to you?
