Actually not, he was an early member, but it was started by Eric Dondero and several others (Neil Boortz, Helen Chenoweth, Jack Metcalf), Paul was just on an 'advisory board' but not a founder. As you know, Eric Dondero jumped the Paul ship (Paul's supporters claim he was fired by Dondero disputes and Paul hasn't officially said why) for many of the reasons we disagree with Paul on.
