My deep fear is that you may be right. This country has reached such a level of insanity and liberalism, that it may take a total collapse, with the socialist banner, hanging all over it. Hide your money, sell your stocks, to weather the storm — protect everything you can.

The problem with this approach is that normally when socialism fails, it denegrates into dictatorship, so then you don't have a choice to go back.

But usually by then, the media is a mouthpiece of the Gov't and telling you what to think anyway, so you won't know the difference, comrade...
