I can understand the potential for a few riots if HRC becomes the nominee. But, what will happen if the DVD, HRC’s PO’ed old white ladies and other results from opposition research and 527 groups, leads to Obama being defeated in November?

My guess is Obama stays the nominee and there is a close victory for the Republican Party in the GE. Obama is damaged from the fight and becomes the next Charlie Rangle but in the Senate.

BTW, I have chosen to refer to the contest as a team effort on our side. Our Party needs to win. McCain is just one man in a very complicated Executive Branch and largely does what his advisers advise.

There are two huge points in this thread.
First, he had huge momentum and then the Rev Wright popped up and stopped obama in his tracks. It took two weeks of damage control to get his political machine into high gear again. It never did recover back to where it was before Wright. Him just being in a building where Wright was speaking had a very nasty effect on his candidacy can you imagine how badly it will destroy his campaign when this tape comes out clearly showing his wife as a racist? He is toast!!
The second area of interest is when they will release this tape. If one learns from the Democraps and Dan Blather they should release this tape three weeks before the general election. Why should they give him any time to recover from the death blow???
