I noticed Richard Lugar voted “nay”. That is unusual. He must be catching wind that the voters here want him out. I don’t think he is up for for another term again until 2010.
yep....another “throw the bums out year”
Both Ohio senators voted no??? OK, who kidnapped them and replaced them with robots?
Mel Martinez voting yes...RINO POS!
Martinez and Nelson, joined at the hip and completely clueless. Do they have a thinking brain cell between them?
She must think she does not need her base, or are there that few conservatives left in NC?
I note with dismay that neither of our Senators voted.
Pandsey Grahamnesty I can understand; he's wasting our tax dollars running all over the country servicing McPain.
DeMint is a mystery.
FWIW, I emailed both asking for an explanation.
To answer your second question, NC has not voted for a Dem for Pres since 1976 so I think there are still enough of us here :)
Ditto for mine from TN. We all need to phone and e-mail these courageous senators, congratulate them on their votes, let them know what a pile of stinking caca the whole AGW thing is, and promise them our continued support. In spite of McCain, we can turn this thing into another amnesty for illegal aliens fiasco.
I think I will call McAmnysty’s office tomorrow and see why he wasn’t at work. I will demand a doctor’s excuse.
I get concerned. Even TEXAS is supposed to be questionable!
I agree. They’re toast in the next election. I’ve called, sent faxes and emailed, and they both vote the liberal line. Go figure...
Yeah I wonder wth Demint is doing voting not present...the Pandsey Graham would have voted yes if McCain had told him to.
I just emailed both.
I’m getting a chuckle at her ads concerning her ‘stand’ on illegal immigration.
It’s laughable actually.
And Lapdog Lindsay Graham (RINO-SC) didn’t know how to vote since McCain wasn’t there.
