Their suit fought against more than those restrictions. Those were the only points that won in court. But be that as it may, you haven’t answered the question. Do you condemn the rock solid conservative groups who joined the ACLU suit as liberals? Do you condemn all the people and groups who have joined the ACLU in suits over the years as liberals?

Do you really think that joining with the ACLU in a fight where they are taking the same side as you is as bad as accepting funding from and working with Soros to advance his agenda?

Do you also think that Republicans who side with Loserman on the war are liberals too and should not work with him on that issue?

Answer the questions rather than changing the subject to whether the ACLU led the law suit the other groups joined or not.

Bob Barr is far and away more conservative than McCain ever was.

They knew before they went into the litigation what the result would be. The only reason they challenged the other provisions is that they knew the Court would uphold them, thus establishing that they could be enforced, while the provisions restricting the labor unions and media could not. I condemn anyone who works for the ACLU. Just because a group happens to take the same position that the ACLU does on a particular issue isn’t grounds for condemnation, but anyone who joins their staff ought to be ashamed. Might as well join the Nazis of Communists, and then say “Well, I was only supporting some of the issues that they care about.”
