It's Over For Hillary? Don't Count On It

Hillary Rodham Clinton ended her historic bid for the White House on Saturday and enthusiastically endorsed Barack Obama.

Yeah, right.

She actually suspended her campaign, allowing her to hold on to her delegates and technically remain a candidate. She does so in the hope that something might happen which would change the minds of the superdelegates that have fallen over like dominoes for Obama.

And what, pray tell would make that happen? Another scandal, perhaps. One so devastating to the Obama camp that it would cripple his candidacy. There are rumors of a DVD which may soon surface, purportedly of Michelle Obama filmed between June 26th - July 1st 2004 in Chicago at the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition Conference at the Sheraton Hotel, specifically the women's panel, in which she launched into a rant about the evils of America. She blamed Bill Clinton for the deaths of millions of Africans and said America is responsible for the genocide of the Tutsis and other ethnic groups.

Then, she went on a rant against "whitey", talking about solutions to black on black crime in the realm of diverting those actions onto white America. Apparently the enthusiastic crowd ate it all up. She became more passionate and enraged as she went on, completely losing it at one point, saying things that make the mouths drop of everyone who has seen it.

There is no evidence yet that this DVD is anything other than an urban legend. There are those who say the DVD is in the hands of the GOP, which is waiting to use it as an October surprise. Others say journalists, perhaps even one of the major news networks has it, and is keeping it under wraps.

How would anyone have obtained a copy of this DVD? According to those who say it exists, the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago sold this DVD on its website, and possibly offered it free for download up until March 2008 when Trinity's site was scrubbed and the DVDs were no longer offered for sale.

In any case, Hillary has suspended her campaign and will pretend to be behind Obama all the way, perhaps hoping that the secret meeting they held the night before her suspension will result in her being put on the ticket as his vice-presidential running mate. Doubtful but possible.

All the while she is doing this, she will be biding her time, hoping against all hope that this recorded rant by Michelle Obama or some other scandal will break that will nuke Barack and return the Clinton machine to its former position of prominence.

We know the Clintons and what they are capable of doing. Don't count her out just yet.

I know this may sound like such traitorist talk coming from someone who claims to be not only conservative, but Christian. Hillary would seem like a breath of fresh air compared to Obama if he gets elected as President.

Obama is not even the nominee yet and he is already showing signs of his innate arrogance, surely asking the mirror, "who's the fairest of them all..." Can you people imagine the Obama Marxism being reigned down upon this great country, and his backwardassed agenda approved with what is surely to be a veto proof dem controlled congress?

Hillary may be bad, but I garauntee everyone she is not a complete Obamanation! I will be praying "something" happens which will entitle her to the dem nomination because the last thing this country needs is a complete maxist agenda!

The most pleasing thing about her loss is knowing the two of them will finally have to give up their delusional belief that the country yearns for a return to the Clinton years.

They both believed Americans had gotten over Bad Bill and, anyway, the media wouldn’t dredge it all up. They thought they would be coronated and, upon return to the WH, they would salvage Bill’s longed-for legacy.

They were wrong. They couldn’t even win among DEMS, let alone the general public. All their delusions will be laid bare. The pain will be unbearable....and delicious to ponder on my part.

Hillary wants to be President with every cell in her body. I’m just wondering if she won’t subtly undermine Obama’s campaign. My reason for this is that if he is elected he would probably be re-elected in 2012 (unless he is as bad as Jimmy Carter) and voters might view her as being too old in 2016 to elect as President.

Whether this DVD exists is questionable. However, should Obama stumble badly before the convention or if this or some similar bombshell is unearthed, Hillary will descend on the convention deus ex machina to be their candidate.

I love people that talk tough with the media, don't misunderstand. But who else but Obama could get away with instructing them? They write here, "they have been instructed." He knows they will follow his demand. Can you imagine McCain instructing the media to not cover certain things and them going along with it? In the year 2016, the USA will be on the ash heap of history. After two terms of a Muslim Prez, the country will degenerate into a Islamic type society. Those who fought against it would have been either deported or killed outright. Israel would have been wiped out by Islamic Nuke strikes. As usual, Rush is on target. There was no humor, just euphoric arrogance -- in fact, this video contrasts the rant with the "Dean scream" -- but instead of looking demented as Dean often did, Obama looks, well, high.

The GOP should deliver a case of antacids to him at every one of his campaign stops from now till October and let him sweat it out...?
