Absolutely. Gun crime is pretty much abolished in England. However, crime and violent crime in general is way up all over England. Guess it wasn't the guns.

As for the argument that guns allow you to commit mass murder more easily, tell it to the families of the victims in Japan where the guy went on a knife stabbing rampage on Sunday.
