Abortion has always been up to individual states, according to the Constitution. I’m not here to argue the details, only the facts. It’s a fact that no sitting President has had an impact on writing legislation dealing with Abortion. Wether they agree with it or not. A President can only sign it into law if the Legislature lets him or writes the bill in the forst place.

It is simply not a valid issue that will decide an election. The public majority does not care either way.

Declaration of Independence mentions “life,” even before liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Also, cruel and unusual punishment is outlawed in the constitution. And what about 14th Amendment, which prohibits unequal treatment (between born and unborn in this case)?
