From last Tuesday:

John Kerry aims to thwart Democrat challenger

U.S. Sen. John Kerry - wary of a potential political embarrassment - has been calling in favors to top Bay State Democrats in a bid to block a Gloucester lawyer from getting on the ballot to challenge him, the Herald has learned.

...snip...

Former state Democratic Party chairman Chester Atkins added: “John is an important senator, an important partner to Ted Kennedy and an important national voice. To have John distracted by someone who is just a nuisance candidate would be unfortunate.”

Did he tell the party people “Don’t you know who I am?”

The mighty infallible Lurch.

I hope this guy nails him.

Comments like that make me despise Marxists. These guys think they're above everything.

Once a Mass Liberal becomes entrenched, it's only possible to get rid of him in one of three ways 1) He dies. This is the most common. 2) He quits. This happens only rarely. 3) You find someone more liberal, radical, extreme or perverse to run against him.

Never rely on indictment, scandal, whore mongering or other immoral behavior to get the pol into trouble. This is where the Moon-Bats rule.

"The mighty infallible Lurch."

John Forbes Kerry during his student days at Yale University.

My favorite non-photoshopped picture of all time

OMG, what will Kerry do besides pretending to be a Senator?

Has he saluted and said “Reporting for duty” yet?

Kerry’s been AWOL to the residents of Mass. for too long.

Please Lord..

I don’t expect Lurch to lose the primary, but it would be great if Ed O’Reilly were to make a good showing. Incidentally, O’Reilly is a total moonbat, but I still wish him a strong showing.

"I’m here with humility to ask for your support," Kerry said.

Yeah. Right. Sure.

What about man-slaughtering a young campaign worker he was diddling by running off a bridge while DUI and leaving her to drown; or what about leading a nephew and his cousin on a wild drunken Easter escapade and one of them ends up accused of rape; or what about coming from a family who's patriarch had his perfectly normal but learning-disabled sister lobodomized; or what about having two brothers (now both dead) involved in numerous womanizing incidents with movie starlets; or having another distant relative accused and convicted of murder, a nephew killing himself in a drug overdose, and another killing himself, his wife and sister-in-law in an air accident due entirely to pilot error--DOESN'T THAT COUNT IN MACHUSETTS? ("Machusetts because the "asses" end up in Washington)

I hope not. If Kerry wins the Dem. nomination he will have to face Rep. contender Jeff Beatty, Army veteran. It’s silly to hope for anything in Mass., I think, but Beatty will at least embarass Kerry. I know that that is not setting the bar too high, but we have to start somewhere.

Being AWOL is a good thing. The less this doofus votes, the better it is for all of us.
