Jihad is an ugly word to weak politicians, limp professors and lapdog liberal media who refuse to look at Surah 2:190 in any copy of the Koran and read where every Muslim on Earth gets his marching orders to participate in holy fighting and is clearly commanded that no one but Allah be worshipped. Denial comes so easily for those who noodle aimlessly around recorded facts, or try to change them.

I agree with you except for the word "tenuously". I think they are much more closely integrated than we know. Where is the condemnation of the acts of the terrorists by the so-called moderates? It is non-existent, I submit.

Yep. And anyone who rejects Islam is, by definition, fighting Islam. Just don’t violate the Koran’s instructions regarding warfare, enslavement, killing, and military strategy.

The Koran is filled (80-90%) with hate for Christians, Jews and blacks. It instructs to kill and conquer them and take their lands and possessions. Fundamental Muslims believe the Koran to be the perfect word of their god, Allah. These are the verses that the Islamist terrorists us to justify their murders:
