I wonder how they would get into the U.S.
How do the illegal aliens from all over the world get into the U.S.They get through our southern borders and our sparsely protected northern border.

I don't want to be an alarmist but if Al Queda has those weapons you can be sure they are here already.

By the way I seem to recall a report taken fro the KGB files that reported that their agents had caches of nuclear Backpack bombs stashed around the country.

As far as I recall No one has proved otherwise.

I've been hearing that for a few years--at least since Paul L. Williams brought it up. The plot sounded very plausible at the time, and I even linked to a story from Frontpage retelling it on my 'Links' page. This was in the summer of 2005, and the "any day now" urgency has since been lost.

Does that mean an attack involving nuclear or radiation devices detonated by foreign terrorists won't likely happen? I wouldn't say that; the main difficulties are technical, and if al-Qaida is equally capable and willing enough, those obstacles will be overcome with enough time and effort. Our borders aren't going to get fixed any time soon, so the gates are still open; that is, if the mess isn't already here--I really don't know.
