Note that Mt. Clemens and Clinton Twp. are in the news a lot recently. Have these communities become the Idlewild of the 2000’s?

Parts of Mt Clemens and South Warren have been a bit rough as far back as I remember, but that is by non Wayne County suburban standards, not Detroit standards. Clinton Twp (a large area) is next door to Mt. Clemens, so it may be parts of that same neighborhood. I'm a "westsider" so I am not that familiar with it, and it has been 10 years since I've been to Mt. Clemens.
