“911” is part of the problem. Our children are indoctrinated to “believe” that it’s the job of the police, or fire and rescue, or ANYONE else, BUT NOT THEM, to help others.
Well, I’m pretty sure an EMT or paramedic could do a hell of a lot more than I ever could. Same with a fire brigade.
