What a weasle. The price our military has paid should include ongoing security and influence in the Middle East. Japan, Germany, and many other places that our military has sacrificed of itself, host a US military presence for many years to follow. It has never been America’s purpose to occupy other nations in an effort to remold them, whether Iraq or anywhere else.
