If the officer was being a little less than truthful, I’m sure the tape has been misplaced. The DUI attorney would have known about it, if the Mesa police have the dash cameras.

If the officer was being a little less than truthful, I’m sure the tape has been misplaced. Indeed, remember who has custody of the dash camera tape. Hint: it isn't John Q. Public. They will protect their own in many cases, even if it means that the tape will get lost.
