Not so sure. The children’s DNA was taken while they were in the custody of the state. This custody was over-ridden by the higher courts. Parents DNA alone will do nothing.

This was part of what I tried to explain early on. IF there are true rapist in the compoud, why would they voluntarily come forward and incriminate themselves?
