Obama will eat him up.

You must have watched a different messiah. The guy I saw debating was ineffective at best. He hems and haws with the best of them and finds a way to commit himself to untenable positions which then becomes Obama policy. Pretty funny actually.

Not that McCain has much of anything to say that interests me btw.

The oratory is a different matter of course.

During the GOP debates I actually was impressed by McCain. He exuded a warmth and an aura that said “Commander in Chief.”

You are looking at the speeches from the eyes of a conservative. Don’t you realize that the U.S.A. is a country that is all based on image now? The hot, the now, the hip, the yearning to be followers instead of leaders?

That is what this nation has become.
