No prediction, but of increasing probability to the point that it could happen soon.

If you are in a weakened state, any number of ordinary problems could become serious health hazards.

It is all about probability. A high one at that.

Wow, since when can accidental death be predicted?

Sometimes, "accidental death" can be predicted quite accurately.

What makes the death "accidental" or "non-accidental" depends merely on what story the Propaganda Ministry decides to write after the death.
