Most Democrats don't perceive McCain as another Democrat. He is perceived as a moderate Republican by some and as just another neo-con by others (McSame they call him). I think a lot of Hillary supporters (male and female alike) are willing to vote for him for a number of reasons. Much of this, in my opinion, is driven by the fact that the Democrats control both houses of congress. McCain isn't nearly so scary when he's checked by Reid and Pelosi. I think we can expect to see millions of Hillary voters either sitting out, writing in, or going so far as to vote for McCain. This will be particularly devastating to Obama in states like Ohio, West Virginia, Missouri, Michigan, New Hampshire, etc; which brings me to my last point, Dick Cheney needs to do some groveling for his little joke about West Virginia. That had to be one of the dumbest thing he's ever said which is saying something given his record of saying dumb things. What the $%&# was he thinking?

I am surprised any woman would vote for McCain seeing as how he dropped his first wife for this money bagged one. Not something to be admired, IMO.
