A defiant Rev. Michael Pfleger on Saturday dared the Chicago archdiocese to kick him out of the Catholic Church, telling a crowd of 400 people on the South Side, "I am not quitting." "You are going to have to have the balls to fire me," Pfleger said, sending a message to church leaders. "If you want to fire me, fire me."

Well? Does the bishop have them? If so, he needs to use them.

An awful lot of “I” and “me” in this Pfleger. An awful lot of rebellion, too. I’m beginning to question whether he’s even Christian, let alone a Catholic priest.

I thought the Catholic church was about Jesus.......mine is. Pfleger has lost touch with his true mission.....so fire him already.
