Of course not. After all, it’s just allowance money for being moma’s good little girl. The company gets a pr writeoff and influence with her parents. Several other employees do the actual work.

I think we all know what the purpose of Chelsea's "job" is: it is a PR coup for the employer as well as access to the Clinton's influence as power brokers. Besides, it's cheaper and safer than the usual payoffs and bribery.
Still, it would be rather a lot of fun if someone at a news conference would ask Chelsea what she thought of the Black-Scholes model of dynamic hedging or to explain the theory behind modified McCauley bond durations. I'd love to see the look on her face.
