They could eliminate U.N. “peacekeeper” rape entirely by elimnating U.N. “peaekeeping” missions.

The U.N.’s time sas past. It should be shut down and replaced by an association of nations who meet American standards for civlization, liberty and political stability.

The U.N. could go back to the tradition of having trained soldiers from truly neutral nations who aren’t being sent to the field for money to operate missions where both sides consent to a peacekeeping force. This current trend of “peace enforcement” is a farce. Furthermore, a private soldier should not have to be told in a U.N. training manual not to commit rape or theft. I wouldn’t expect this out of a Canadian or Polish or Austrian unit.
