Say, can anyone here supply me with a list of any black or mulatto heads of State for any of the “oh so civilized” European Nations? Maybe just as far back as ,oh say, 1700 or so. I just would like to see how these icons of progressive ideas have lived up to their own ideals

I think the Europeans are pulling for Obama because they want to see the US fall from number one power.
