Is this guy trying to get all the undecided's for Obama? Is that where they 55?

How does Obama get 55 delegates if he wasn’t on the ballot?The only way I could see it is if they invoked the "intent of the voter" crap that they tried in Florida and applied it to votes that were "uncommitted". Otherwise I don't see any way.

So Mich. wants to downgrade hellary to 69 delegates and upgrade Oblama to 59 delegates.
So if HRC gets #69 does that mean she is getting s.....?
